Twitter is working on new timeline options that will integrate Tweets and other media around specific events or themes. Initially announced on June 11, 2022 by the social media platform’s head of product development, Amir Shevat, it went live for the first time on August 24 with a timeline about ABC’s ”The Bachelorette.” This 10-week trial program will be available for a small group of users in the U.S. and Canada. Google’s Ad Market Subject Of Upcoming Antitrust Suit. Again.

Google is yet again under fire from for its alleged anticompetitive practices in online advertising.  According to Bloomberg, the U.S. Department of Justice could sue Alphabet, Inc, the search engine’s parent company, for antitrust violations as early as next month.  Google Repeatedly Targeted by Antitrust Allegations In October 2020, the federal department of justice filed a lawsuit against the search engine giant, which currently accounts for an 83.84% of the global market.
